Members of the Office of Student Life and the University Career Services Committee are conducting a session about campus employment and career services during Orientation 2016. This session, titled "Gotta Get to Work: From On-campus Jobs to Career Preparation", is held on the second day of each orientation at 11:15am in University Hall.
We know that for many students and families, finding campus employment is a priority. We also know that ensuring students are ready for post-graduation plans – careers, graduate or professional school, travel, volunteering – is a priority. And not just for families and students, but also for our university community of staff and faculty. We are here to help your student succeed.
Below you'll find links to information shared during orientation sessions. Topics include the logistics of finding campus employment, connecting with career-related resources and information, as well as how a campus employment experience can set-up students for future career success.
