Information for Employers

The Ohio State University virtual Fall Career and Internship Fair is a must-attend event for employers seeking to recruit diverse talent from a variety of academic backgrounds. This campus-wide virtual career fair is open to all Ohio State students and recent alumni across all majors, graduate programs and degree levels. 

Employer Registration for the Virtual Fall Career and Internship Fair is now closed.

Please reach out to Carly Zeiger with any questions. We welcome employers from any industry. Employers must intend to recruit for positions that meet our general recruiting policies in order to participate in the event. Employers must also create or update their Handshake profile. Our guidelines and tips, as well as the employer benefits to using Handshake, are listed online.

2021 Career and Internship Fair: Wednesday, September 22, 2021 – Noon - 4 p.m. EDT

The Handshake virtual career fair platform will give you the opportunity to:  

  • Engage in video, audio and text-based chat communication with students    
  • Host 3 group meetings per day with up to 50 students each. 
  • Conduct 10-minute 1:1 student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session  
  • Share your organization's values and documentation with students in advance of the event
