Information for Representatives

The Graduate and Professional School Expo gives graduate program representatives access to hundreds of prospective graduate students from across Ohio State's 200 undergraduate majors.

Registration for College and University Representatives is now closed.

The 2021 Grad Expo will be held Wednesday, October 6 from Noon - 5 p.m. EDT.

This virtual event will be held on Handshake. You'll be able to host one-on-one and group sessions with prospective students, as well as 30-minute information sessions.

Program registration for representatives is now closed.

Session Schedules

Prior to the expo, you will be asked to schedule as many 10-minute one-on-one sessions as you prefer during the event duration and up to three 30-minute group informational sessions. Representatives can create their own schedule and do not need to be in attendance for the duration of the expo. There is a limit of 15 school representatives per registration. For more information about setting up your schedule for the expo, visit the Handshake Help Center.

Students are directed to sign up for sessions prior to the expo; however, we expect some students to sign up for open sessions during the expo.

Each representative with a schedule will need a Handshake account. Representatives are strongly encouraged to create a Handshake account and explore the system prior to the event. For more information about getting started in Handshake, visit the Handshake Help Center.

Registration for the 2021 event is now closed. The registration fee is $60.

Payment is accepted by credit card during the registration process on Handshake, or by check. If paying by check please make your check payable to The Ohio State University and mail to:
