Why attend?
The 2026 University-Wide Ohio State Career Fair allows employers to connect and engage with a diverse pool of students across all majors, graduate programs and career levels. Our hybrid fair gives you the ultimate flexibility to meet our talented Buckeyes on campus or from the comfort of your own space.
- Over 2,000 students attended our fair in 2025.
- Students of all degree levels attend including; Undergraduates, Masters, PhD, and Post-Doctorate students.
- Over 200+ majors represented.
- Option to interview students the next day for your open positions.
The virtual fair allows you to meet with students in a virtual setting on Handshake through
- 15-minute 1:1 student meetings
- 30-minute group sessions with up to 100 students in each session.

Registration for the 2026 University-Wide Career and Internship Fair opens on Monday, May 4 in Handshake and remains open until September 8 or reaches capacity.
- Employer must create or update their Handshake profile to register
- Employers will need to recruit for positions that meet our general recruiting policy
- Employers not connect with our university on the platform will need to be reviewed for approval

Career Fair Rates for 2026
The in-person fair registration includes two (2) representatives at your booth, along with one (1) six (6) foot table, table linen, parking, and food and beverages throughout the day. You may bring up to two (2) additional representatives for an extra $50 per representative. Planning on bringing more than four (4) representatives or multiple divisions from your company? Purchase an extra table at registration, which includes one additional six (6) foot table and two (2) representatives.
Interview Day gives you the opportunity to interview students you met at the career fair the next day (September 17) for your open positions! Interview Day registration includes one (1) six (6) foot table, two (2) representatives with parking validation and beverages. Please note, Interview Day tables are not private rooms.
