Employers organizing information sessions and/or pre-nights to enhance their recruiting efforts at Ohio State are asked to follow these steps
1. Reserve a Space:
Ohio State has a number of venues for information sessions to meet any organization's needs. You will want to work directly with one of the recommended information session venues that are listed below. The venue contacts will assist you with organizing your event. More general information about all the venues on campus can be found on the Ohio State Plan Events webpage.

It’s easy to find the right space for your needs in the Ohio Union. With 34 unique meeting and event spaces, flexible room set-ups, onsite catering and an array of audiovisual services, the Ohio Union is the perfect on-campus location for your next event. Speak with an Event Services team member to see how the Ohio Union can make your next event an extraordinary experience.

- The Blackwell Inn and Conference Center

A short walk from the Fisher College of Business campus, the 18th Ave. Library or Thompson Library provide a nice venue for meet and greet and presentation opportunities.

2. Connect with Career Services
The event locations will not contact career services on your behalf to promote your session. This is why it is recommended that you connect with Buckeye Careers to alert us of your event as another way to promote your visit. We will be able to connect you with other Ohio State resources and with the college career service offices that may best represent your target student population.
3. Promote your Event with Handshake
Once your event space is reserved, enter the information into Handshake. Click the "Events" section on the menu bar, then click on the "Request Event" tab to enter the details. Make sure to enter the location details in the description section of the Handshake form. If the location details are not listed, your event will be declined. Once your event is approved, you will be able to monitor the RSVP’s for the event in Handshake.
