The IBM SkillsBuild Micro-Internship Program powered by Parker Dewey
The IBM SkillsBuild Micro-Internship program (powered by Parker Dewey) provide an exciting way for students to develop employer-relevant AI and technology skills and demonstrate them via paid, project-based experiences.
Information for Students:
Undergraduate Ohio State students who have completed the 'Getting Started with Generative AI' IBM SkillsBuild training are eligible to apply for exclusive Micro-Internship projects through the Parker Dewey platform. These paid, short-term projects provide an opportunity to apply newly developed skills to real-world work experiences. Students can do up to two projects through the IBM SkillsBuild program. Additional Micro-Internship opportunities outside this program are also available on the Parker Dewey platform.
Information for Employers:
Through the IBM SkillsBuild Micro-Internship Program, employers can engage learners in paid, short-term, AI-focused projects at no cost to the organization - IBM covers the cost of student payment! Parker Dewey manages dispersing payments and program administration. To participate, create your account. When posting your project, select "IBM SkillsBuild" under the Programs section. This will ensure that the project meets the criteria to be funded by the program before it becomes visible to students.
