Tara Nord

Career Engagement Specialist

Tara Nord, Career Engagement Specialist, plans and executes the University-Wide Ohio State Career and Internship Fair each fall, which brings a wide range of employers representing various industries and sectors and a large number of students together, supporting each group with their recruiting goals and career aspirations. Outside of the career fair, she consults employers on best practices and ways to connect with our talented Buckeyes.  Prior to joining Ohio State, Tara worked with the Learning & Development team at OhioHealth, providing programs for newly hired managers and directors to develop essential skills in their new roles and lead strong teams. 

Tara is also proud alumni, with a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management, and feels honored to be back at the place she calls home. Outside of work, you can catch Tara cheering on the football team every Saturday or outside being active.
