Mollie Workman

Career Technology Program Manager

Mollie serves as a Career Technology Program Manager for the Career Center of Excellence, where she leads the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology, data, and reporting that support learner success and career readiness. She plays a key role in enabling large‑scale initiatives, including support for a university‑wide career fair, by ensuring systems, data, and processes work seamlessly to serve students, employers, and campus partners.

With over 20 years of experience at The Ohio State University, Mollie brings deep institutional knowledge and a collaborative approach to aligning career technology solutions with workforce outcomes. Her work emphasizes actionable reporting, operational efficiency, and the use of data to inform decision‑making across career pathways.

Mollie has earned three degrees from The Ohio State University: a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, with a French minor, a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre and a Master Geography specializing in urban, social and environmental geography.  Outside of work, Mollie enjoys spending time with her cat, staying involved in the community, and supporting local arts.
