Information for Employers
The 2024 Ohio State University Career and Internship Fair will take place two days, both in person and virtually, and will include new exciting opportunities to engage with talented students and conduct in-person interviews.
Important Dates:
In-Person: Wednesday, September 18 from 1 to 5 p.m at the Ohio Union
Interview Day: Thursday, September 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m at the Ohio Union*
Virtual: Thursday, September 19 from 2 to 6 p.m on Handshake
Early bird registration will open on Monday, May 6 at 9 a.m. EDT through Monday, June 3 at 5 p.m. EDT. Register early to secure your table and save on registration fees. Registration for the in-person and virtual fair takes place through Handshake. Please reach out to Tara Nord at careerfairs@osu.edu with any questions.
* Participating employers may conduct post-fair, in-person interviews with the students met at the career fair. Interviews will take place at the Ohio Union. Space is limited and an additional cost will be incurred.
Why attend?
The 2024 University-Wide Ohio State Career Fair allows employers to connect and engage with a vast and diverse pool of students across all majors, graduate programs and career levels.
Snapshot of the 2023 Career and Internship Fair attendees:
- 30% of students in attendance were freshman and sophomores while 42% of students in attendance were juniors and seniors
- Students of all degree levels attended including; Undergraduates, Masters, and Doctorates
- Over 100 majors represented from across the university
- The top three colleges represented at the career fair was:
- College of Engineering
- Fisher College of Business
- College of Arts and Sciences
The virtual fair allows you to meet with students in a virtual setting on Handshake through
- 10-minute 1:1 student meetings
- 30 minute group sessions with up to 50 students in each session.
Employers must create or update their Handshake profile and intend to recruit for positions that meet our general recruiting policy in order to patriciate in our fair. If you have any questions on this process or Handshake, click here.
Career Fair Rates for 2024:
The in-person fair registration includes two (2) representatives at your booth, along with one (1) six (6) foot table, table linen, parking, and food and beverages throughout the day.

In-Person Interview Day
You may reserve a table for the Interview Day on Thursday, September 14 from 9 to 1 p.m. This includes one (1) table, two (2) representatives, parking, and snacks. You may purchase one (1) additional table with two (2) additional representatives at the price listed above. Please note, interview tables are not private rooms.
