Important Dates
In-Person: Wednesday, September 17 from 1 to 5 p.m at the Ohio Union
Virtual: Thursday, September 18 from 2 to 6 p.m on Handshake
Early bird registration will open on Monday, May 5 through Monday, June 2 at 5 p.m. EST. Register early to secure your table and save on registration fees! Registration for both fair formats takes place in Handshake. Please reach out to Tara Nord at careerfairs@osu.edu with any questions or assistance with registration.
Why attend?
The 2025 University-Wide Ohio State Career Fair allows employers to connect and engage with a diverse pool of students across all majors, graduate programs and career levels.
- Over 2,200 students attended our 2024 in-person fair.
- Students of all degree levels attend including; undergraduates, masters and doctorate.
- 55% of attendees were junior and senior rank, seeking their next internship or job-opportuity post graduation.
The virtual fair allows you to meet with students in a virtual setting on Handshake through
- 10-minute 1:1 student meetings
- 30-minute group sessions with up to 50 students in each session.
Employers must create or update their Handshake profile and intend to recruit for positions that meet our general recruiting policy in order to participate in our fair. If you have any questions on this process or Handshake, visit the Handshake for Employers page.
Career Fair Rates for 2025
The in-person fair registration includes two (2) representatives at your booth, along with one (1) six (6) foot table, table linen, parking, and food and beverages throughout the day.
