Kayana is the Career Coaching Graduate Teaching Associate at Buckeye Careers where she offers personalized guidance to undergraduate students and alumni, helping them explore career options, develop job search strategies, and achieve their professional goals through workshops and one-on-one coaching. She holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University, and is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the Ohio State University.
